Both
large
and small – Minnesota Services is a large enough company to handle
whatever your cleaning needs may be. We employ roughly 200 people and
clean approximately 4 million square feet of space daily.
We are small enough, however, to take care of your everyday individual
needs with the sort of attention that makes you feel as if you were our
only customer.
| Supervision
– At Minnesota Services we will design a supervisory program detailed
to your building maintenance requirements.
|
- Building Manager -
Each building will have one person in charge of daily communications
with the customer’s representative.
-
Area Manager – The building manager receives direction and backup from
the area manager. They will
assist in the setup of the cleaning program and become totally familiar
with the building(s) in your complex.
-
Operations Manager – The area manager receives direction and backup
from the operations manager. They
will oversee the entire cleaning program development and coordinate the
program with your requests and expectations.
|
Worker Selection – We work
with retirement organizations and neighborhood groups to recruit around
each building that we clean. About
40% of our employees are retirees.
Many retirees also serve as building managers.
Our fundamental belief is that we must have well-trained,
reliable cleaning people in order to satisfy you, the customer.
Training – A person's training always begins by working with an
experienced worker or manager. For
instance with a new start-up, we clean the building exclusively with
management personnel for a period of up to two weeks, depending on the
individual circumstances. The
manager will continue to check the new employees work until the time
when the manager feels comfortable that the employee is well trained.
After this time, we will continue inspections at a minimum of two
to five times per week.
Flexible - We'll adhere to your schedule and create a plan that offers
the least disruption to your company and its operations.
